Inside of the market - Elion had come out of one of the inns that he had been staying, in before executing his plans - he still wanted to tour around the market and know more of the layout before - going to a certain person that he knew well was living in someone's identity. People inside of the market - never gave any importance to the looks of a person as long as they see them wearing a commoner's clothes even if that person was handsome - they'll only think that the person was of commoner descent who only had good looks.
