Carla's face turned ashen, seeing how serious Sean was.
"W-What do you mean, Sean?" She asked.
"Nothing!" A devilish smile appears on his face.
Sean's smile confused Carla. This man doesn't know that she's lying... Or does he?
Carla wanted to crack Sean's brains, to know what he was thinking. It was hard to read what was going through his mind right now.
"Sean, what should I do? Because you can't help me… Now, I have no one to rely on." She muttered softly as her tears started flowing again, running down her cheeks, "Is this really the end of my career?" She met his eyes, but the man ignored her pitiful look.
Only Carla's sobs could be heard in the room for a few moments. Sean cast his eyes on the garden, thinking of something.
"But, I think I know who can help you..." Sean said.
