Morgan opened the tent door. He came out with narrowed eyes and a smile on his face, greeted by the night sky.
Tonight's sky didn't look as dark as usual. Thousands of stars seemed to adorn the night, making the sand plain where they were currently visible more clearly than usual.
Before the man, hundreds of troops who had always accompanied him were now all prepared. They lined up outside the tent. They were all squinting, and their rapid gasps filled the silent night.
"How is the preparation?" Morgan strolled among the assisting troops around the place.
A person in armor followed him. "Everything is ready, your highness."
"Good.." Morgan smiled, his red hair glistening in the moonlight.
He stopped in his tracks when he was at the very end of the line and facing the Beris fortress in the distance.
"You guys go first. I'll take care of the idiots there first..."
"Yes, your highness…."
