Logan stood on the cliff's edge and stabbed Ilmar's sword into the ground. He also took out Rania's bow and arrows and put them on his back.
The hawk that Logan released was now flying in circles above a group of golems that were sleeping on the ground. The golems they encountered had shapes that were quite difficult to identify among the trees and grasses at night because their bodies were made of plant stems.

Without Rania's help, Logan wouldn't have easily found his target.
Logan took out an arrow and sat down on one knee. He attached the bow to the sword stuck in the ground. Logan wanted to make sure he could wield Ilmar's sword and the bow simultaneously.
Pan and Zeno sat beside Logan, watching what the young man was doing. Pan narrowed her eyes, looking in the same direction as Logan, but she couldn't find anything useful in the vast plains. A moon lit the plains of trees and ruins.
