Logan entered an inn room. He walked over to the bed and laid down. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself. His consciousness was then brought to a place he had always longed for, his Soul Domain.
All the monsters that inhabited the place were silent, seeing his presence. Ivy floated up to him, but she was only looking on with her tears.
Logan turned to Ricca. The wasp girl closed her eyes and couldn't hold back the tears that escaped her eyes. She had just lost her previous master too.
Logan walked over and knelt before a small tree in the center of the room.
The dots of light surrounding the small tree moved together, rotating and gathering into a ball of light. The ball of light rose into the air, swirled lightly, and dazzled light in all directions.
"Logan Evans..."
A voice echoed and sounded melodious as if it was singing a song.
"Mother, the World Tree."
"You have crossed the line."
