Something strange was going on.
Logan immediately got off the inn entrance in a hurry. Renna followed closely behind.
People were running in a single direction. When Logan turned his head towards the dome-shaped building in the distance, he saw a layer of green barrier that seemed to glow brightly in the moonlight. The barrier's light kept flickering in and out of existence.
"Renna?"
"A token, near Deadbay, and about to explode."
"What? How come the token is near Deadbay and was only just discovered? And…"
Explode?
All the cells in Logan's body jolted awake, his heart beat fast, and cold sweat dripped from his palms.
"In the ocean, Mr. Logan."
A token that will explode soon is not something to be underestimated. Logan didn't expect the situation in this place to be so serious. Was he being too dismissive? Doesn't he really care about all this?
