That's when I heard their voice at me saying weird things, my eyes? What happened? My vision is currently blurry at the moment.

After Cadyssa went asleep, Alpin tried to get out slowly from the bed so that he won't disturb the lady. As he was getting up, he went straight to the mini table outside the balcony and drank a cold tea that was prepared beforehand. Minutes later, shadow figures appear out of nowhere, with a corpse bodies below their feet.
"I told you not to disturb the lady, fellas"

"Cady is fine, it was unexpected. Her mana is fine as well."

I continued walking to the balcony, as I was about to go near the door, I was surprised by Alpin's hands towards my back and my right arm supported my movement in case I got outbalanced out of the way.
"Told you to be careful as always, Cady"

"Oh god, you are so annoying"
"Hmm, maybe yes, maybe no?"
"Tsk."
"Here, sit down and wait for the food to come, be sure to take your pain meds after"
"Ugh, the bitter one? Do I have to? I am fine n—Awwww.." I tried to stretch out my left arm but I guess I am not fine, it does hurt because of the bruise as well.

Alpin on the other hand, saw Cady's ear get red and her flushed face, that was an unexpected outcome and he didn't predict that they were this close, what he sees as the most beautiful galaxy looking- eyes ever seen, beautiful fair skin, and her long eyelashes. Not only that, he wanted her quiet nature, courage, fearless and strong attitude, despite her personality towards Alpin, he also likes her other good-will intent as well.
Alpin grows up to be the only heir of his family, wherein he was trained to be a knight and at the same time to be a professional assassin, just like his father. So that is why, all other nobles from the north, knowingly that they were one of the families of the War Heroes of the continent, are trying to get the Isoldes on their side, even the Royal Family, just like Archduke Felis, who is the Senior advisor of the Emperor.
Isolde Family are the only one who is on the neutral side, meaning that they are not into politics, not knowing the cause of it, but Archduke Felis was the one who told him not to get involved from the North in the first place, of course, just because they are loyal to the old man in the first place after all.
