Finally getting the King Ural to the ground, pointing his sword at En-Ved, huffing for breath, "I warned you not to come against me… I warned you not to come at me to war and I told you, you would lose…" The King said intensely in a low angered husky tone of voice, looking at the King Ural with his bright deep blue eyes manifesting the king's power… Radeon rounded up the general and remaining army of the King Ural. King En-Ved did not surrender nor did his general. As they are brought before Leon at the judgement seat placed at the battlefield, as the battle had now been won, King Leon looked at them both, as he crossed his arms, "Ok, gentlemen, lets get down to business… shall we?" Leon motioned with his hands as they discussed the now enforced terms of agreement and surrender, as the battle had been won by King Leon. "you will…. Lose your kingship….you will no longer be king over your kingdom…. It will be surrendered over to the Kingdom of Acalarah and Leon will be king over your kingdom…." Radeon said as they further discussed the terms of surrender. "I…. understand….." En-Ved said as he looked down in shame, knowing he had lost the battle and he lost more than half his men to the king of Acalarah. "based on your surrender, you are now dethroned, former King En-ved, for not surrendering in the first instance and coming against the King of Acalarah in battle, when we had forewarned of you the consequences of no surrender in the first place. Based on the mercy of King Leon of Acalarah, you are now a civilian and commoner of the kingdom of Acalarah. I hereby sentence you and your general to a life of the common people, loyal subjects to the king of Acalarah, and no longer king of the land of Brogan. "I…. accept the terms of surrender…." En-Ved said in shame and anger as he signed the surrender agreement with King Leon. Suddenly, after signing the agreement, En-Ved took hold of a nearby sword and ran towards the king to plunge it through him to kill him, to which acted in self-defence Leon protected himself and took on a final sword fight with En-Ved with suddenly, En-Ved pushed Leon to the ground and was just about to plunge his sword through his chest, when he tripped and fell on top of Leon, however Leon's sword was upright in defence which went straight through En-Ved as he fell on top of Leon, Leon grasped as he just realised what had happened. En-Ved, spitting out blood from his mouth as he suffered internal bleeding, knowing he was going to die. Before he breathed his last, he said "Your Majesty…. Please look after my family…." He said looking into Leon's eyes, as blood streamed down from his lips, knowing he was finally defeated. "I….will make sure they are taken care of…" A bloodstained Leon promised, feeling confused and saddened at such a request, as a king to another king. With that, En-Ved smiled softly as he breathed his last and died on top of Leon, to which Leon pushed him off gently so he could get up. Leon was just shocked as to what had happened, "What happened, he signed the agreement why did he attack me like that?" Leon thought to himself in confusion. He looked at the now dead body of the former king, who had just attacked him, "Give him an honourable death…" Leon commanded one of his soldiers, with sadness in his voice. "Your Majesty…" one of the soldiers questioned, "Are you defying me? I said give the man a king's burial now, that's an order!!" Leon demanded in anger and frustration, which the soldiers did at once at the command of the king. Leon then looked at the dead king's general and captive soldiers, he got up on the podium, "Men of Brogan, you are now loyal subjects to me and the Kingdom of Acalarah. If you do not defy me, but remain loyal to me, your lives shall be spared, if not, then you will suffer consequences like that of your fallen King!" Leon grunted in anger and frustration, using his authoritative voice to let them know who was in charge, to let them know, he was their king now.
The En-Ved's former soldiers returned to their homes, weapon less, as the king's men had stripped them of their titles as soldiers and made them normal citizens, but still treated them with respect and never ridiculed them. Watching the men being led back to their kingdom of the newly claimed nation,(Song: https://youtu.be/ZTrrc6Ni5eM ) as Leon watches them being led forth by his army, on their horses, as Leon talks with Radeon, "This is what happens when people don't listen to me!" the king said frustratingly to Radeon. "Let us go to their nation so they know who they are now serving." The king said in a straight forward stern tone of voice, said to Radeon. "Yes, my lord" Radeon replied formally but softly. As they tap their horses to be in front of their men to lead them into their now new conquered land. The king's men finish the job of burying the dead who died in battle and return with Leon to the land of Brogan.
The king entered the city triumphantly, the people of the city bowed in honour and respect of their new king. The king enters the city with his men, Radeon and meet with the city officials and elders of the palace, inside the palace of that nation. The king and Radeon advise that the former King, King En-Ved had died on the battlefield and given an honourable death. The King Ural's wife, the queen of that nation, Vaisala, held her head high, holding back her tears, looking at the children playing in the palace gardens, "do not worry, highness, I will not hurt your children." The king advised the queen. "How do you know that they will grow up wanting revenge?" the queen said sternly looking at the king, "then, they will be met with the same fate as their father, highness." The king responded, not being intimidated by the queen or her threat, looking intensely at her, slightly bowing his head to show her respect, but yet giving her a stern warning. "I warned him, not to come war against me, but his pride was great…" the king responded in an authorities voice, looking at the kingdom, overlooking the city from the palace balcony of the King Ural's throne room, with the queen and elders of the city. "Yes, his pride was truly great, he did this for himself…" the queen responded looking away, knowing her husband was a proud man. The queen kneeled before the king, removed her crown, "Your majesty, please spare the life of my children, and I will renounce my crown…" the queen said, begging for the life of her children not to be harmed. "I told you already, highness, I will not hurt your children." The king responded, however he did accept her renunciation of her crown. However, made her the ambassador of her nation, to the king's kingdom. "Why did you spare my life, Majesty?" the queen asked. "You need to start a new life now, highness." The king responded softly, being understanding that she was now a widow and her children without a farther. "You will be allowed to live in the palace, you and your children, so they can grow up peacefully. I will send my royal officials to this palace to rule and govern from here. "the king commanded. "Radeon, give her highness the agreements of peace/surrender" the king commanded Radeon and left the throne room. "Yes, my lord. your highness, please sign here…" Radeon motioned to the former queen of that nation, as the king walked out the room, in anger and sadness at the same time. "He seems a very lonely man…" the former queen said softly to Radeon, signing the peace treaty, handing over the kingdom over to the king. Radeon gently smiled at her and gave her a copy of the agreement, and at that, it was settled that her kingdom now belonged to the king. The king went out to inspect the men of the city and ensured they were alright.
The king retired for the afternoon in one of the bedrooms, allocated to him by the former queen. "This will be your room this evening. If you need anything, please let me know, your majesty…" the former queen motioned. "thank you, highness." The king gently bowed. Suddenly her children came running and playing and bumped into him, looking at him intensely, not knowing that he had killed their father. "Who is this mummy?" the children asked, the king looked at their mother, wondering how she would answer that. She smiled at them, and replied, "your daddy sent him to us, he is our new king…" she said softly as a tear went down her eye smiling at them, holding her children. The children wanted to be let down, so she let them down, and they bowed to their new king, not knowing that he had killed their farther. "Majesty, thank you for coming to us, I am sure daddy thought you were a great man…" the young children said as they bowed to the new king. This touched the king's heart, bowing slightly to them, closed the door. The former queen took her children to bed from there. At that, (Song: https://youtu.be/xOKAZQ4nv1I ) the king, thinking what happened on the battlefield over the last couple of days, the king, locked his doors, holding his mouth to hold back his tears, seeing the children of his enemy bow to him, being so innocent. Slides to the ground against the doors, to the ground, sitting down at the doors, letting out his tears as no one was around to see him, be human and let out his feelings and emotions. This event in the king's life would ultimately lead him into a depression for about 6 months from this moment on. That evening, everyone in the kingdom stayed in their homes, ate dinner with their families and the men who returned from the battlefield, were welcomed home by their families, ate dinner, made love to their wives. The former queen cries bitterly at the death of her husband in her room, no one can hear her, after she had put the children to bed.
