After sometime everyone started playing truth and dare. So me and Ayan were also playing along with our friends when I got a call for my boyfriend again. Initially I ignored his calls and kept it on silent mode but he kept calling again and again. This I recieved his call next time. While I was talking to him Fazid called me by saying bhabhi ( sister -in-law). His words really scared me as my boyfriend was on call with me. So I excused myself from there to talk to him . I guess Ayan told them it was my family's call so they didn't ask me later when I went back to them and resumed our game.
Everyone got different tasks and questions based on their turns which was decided by rolling a bottle at the centre. We all were enjoying but I couldn't help but feel guilty thinking I hurt Ayan. He was also sad. I could tell by the looks he had on his face or that's just my imagination.
This time when Fazid rotated the bottle its opening stopped towards me which meant it was my turn for the task. Since i already took truth which automatically makes me take care as per the rule of game. So I waited patiently for the task to be given by them for me. Somewhere in my heart I already knew my dare would definitely include Ayan and to be honest , I wanted it . I felt the urgent need for his arm even if I haven't experienced it yet.
Finally , Fazid asked me to propose him which I rejected . Later , he asked Ayan to stand up which he did either way. Then Fazid made him stand by the wall facing us. Then he asked me to stand which I did even if i was hesitant at first. Then Fazid gave me the bottle and told, " As we don't have any flowers or ring ....so for now imagine this bottle as any of the two and propose Ayan on your knees." I rejected initially but I knew there was no escape. So I did it.
I knelt in front of him and asked , " Will you marry me?"
I wasn't really expecting a reply but he did. He replied, " Yes.... Ofcourse I will . If you are willing to."
I was actually surprised and happy ofcourse. Now that I think of it , he wasn't really obliged to answer me. It was just me who had to complete the dare. Honestly, this incident made me think even more that we both felt same for one another.
After we were boared with the game , the boys started singing qawali of Nusrat- Fatah-Ali Khan ( one of the greatest Pakistani singer of qawali) . It was my first time hearing it. They also told me that there are many Bollywood songs which were taken from his songs and I could see the resemblance.
Once they were done singing, Everyone asked Haniya to go and ask the management to change the song . She was back after sometime and informed that they would change the song once the current one ends.
When the song started , everyone got into the zone for dance. Which we all joined. After sometime, Fazid proposed a couple dance for me and Ayan. Initially, I didn't agree to it. But who could put that in Fazid's head. So I agreed to dance with Ayan only if he danced with Ana which he agreed without hesitation.
Ayan didn't knew what to do , so I guided him. I took his left hand in mine. With my other hand I took his right hand and placed it on my waist and placed my right hand on his shoulder.
