"What?! Are you messing with me?!" Rodrigo shouted as his men told him the unexpected news.
"No, sir. That's what I gather after following your son around and I even saw him visit Adeline in their mansion."
Rodrigo slammed the table and sat down in his chair violently, he cannot believe that his son will try to fix the broken alliance between the alpha king. After their last conversation, he can feel how truly Zeus's words is.
He massage his temple in disbelief because he can't process the news he received. He look at his men and sighed deeply.
"Is my son really did that?" He asked.
His men nodded, "Yes."
"I can't believe his doing this to me. I cut down my connection with the alpha king but here they are trying to fix it, and continue planning to continue their wedding."
He shook his head, "I need to talked to my son or else, I'll missed every interesting event in his life."
