Chapter 200 - Orders

The exact powers of the Orders are mentioned below:

1] No Order – Can handle minor cases that involve particular individuals in a small village. They can conduct investigations only if they have a permit from the Head of the No Order or from one of the Elders of the Low Order.

2] Low Order – Can handle semi-minor cases that include matters of a city or town. They can conduct investigations and can sentence a person to prison for a maximum limit of seven days. Additionally, they have to issue a trial permit before the end of the seven days prison period. All these can be done only if they have a permit from the Head of the Low Order or from one of the Elders of the Mid-Order.
