Yes, if they were at the first stage, that is, Beast Cultivator (Lv.1 to Lv.10), they could generate one shock wave. If they were at the early levels, like Lv.1 to Lv.4, then the sonic wave with color would be generated below their knees.
If they were near the mid-levels, from Lv.5 to Lv.7, then the colored sonic wave would be generated from the area below their waist and above their knees. And if they were at the peak levels, about Lv. 8 to Lv.10, then the sonic wave would be emitted from their naval point!
