Adri had prepared for her marriage and now all she had to do was to leave for the Erdegold house. She bid goodbye to the Marquis and Sylviane, who cried and said to Adri to visit her anytime.
‚Goodbye mother and all the memories I had in this house.'
Then she got into the carriage and leave the Marquis house.

The marriage life of Adriana was not even an inch filled with happiness. Her husband lost to his younger brother in the succession battle. She was fine with not being the madam of the household, but her husband went out every night to get drunk and gambled nonstop.
He didn't hit her nor curse at her, but he put a big amount of debt onto her. She wanted to ask her father for help, so she wrote a letter and tried to give it to him herself.
She went for the Wiselmbourg house at night only to arrive in the morning. But what she found was her father hugged a boy with a big smile and Sylviane laughed beside them. That's when she thought, she shouldn't bother her father with her marriage problems.
She went back to the barony house to find out her husband was beaten to death by debt collectors and the only one she could go to was her husband's younger brother, the Baron.
The current Baron of Erdegold was giving her the money to pay the debt in exchange for her to live as a servant in the house. She accepted it.
Little did she know, what he meant as a servant was for her to be locked in a room to serve him every time he want. He told her that he wanted her for so long. She's disgusted but she can't even do anything. The wife of the baron was jealous of her and would beat her every chance she got.
She's tired.
If only one day, she can take a breath of fresh air… no, if only she could go back in time, no…. She didn't know what she gonna do even if she had the chance to go back.
But.. imagining things was the only thing she could do without anyone knowing, so it won't cause a problem. Then she started to imagine how she would live if she's going back in time.
First, she will help Sylviane tend to her mother. Then she will call Sylviane mother, she deserves it. She will help Sylviane to be with her father so the three of them could laugh together…..
Just like the boy's did with both of them. If she had younger siblings, she would love them and help Sylviane take care of them. Adri had realized something.
Everything she wanted was related to Sylviane. Adri should've visited her when she was able to, she missed Sylviane so much right now.
‚Oh Dame of Light (Goddess who blesses her homeland), please let me have the last chance to live together with my parents.'
A few nights after Adri dreamt about the life she wanted to have as if the Goddess granted her wish, she had the urge to run from the baron house and everything went so smoothly that night.
She ran without looking back, even after falling onto the ground countless times, she could still move her feet and body. After she didn't know how much time has gone by, she finally reached the Marquis's house as the morning sun was rising.

The Marquis was just about to enter the gate when he found a familiar yet unfamiliar being hugging their legs next to it. He thought, they may be a beggar and he went out of the carriage to reached them and probably gave them some changes to buy food.
As he was getting near to the person, they looked up and to his surprise, it was his only daughter. He knew right away, gave her his cloak, held her and hurriedly bringing her back into the house. Sylviane saw them and was shocked by the state of Adri's body.

Adri opened her eyes to see her father, Sylviane, a boy and the butler were surrounding her. She smiled at the view and let out a tear.
The boy was her cousin who was adopted to be the next Marquis. He was a nice boy. Adri had stayed in the house for a week now and she's thankful to the Goddess who blessed her last day. If only she could experience this warmth every single day, but she was happy.
And thus her last day was spent next to her father holding her hand under the sun. That's the end of her chapter.
Or so she thought. The Goddess eventually sent her back to the last day of her mother and Adri couldn't get happier than that even in such a sad day.
