Shin was conflicted
He knew it was the apocalypse, even if he saved this girl, She will end up dying soon enough. Shin look at the girls face, He notice that other than terror there was a bit of sadness on her face. This sadness reminded him of the one he currently had in him.
'Damn it!' Shin made his decision of what he is going to do next.

'I'm I really going to die?'
Tears flowed down Mena face, she felt like she would be grabbed an eaten by the Zombies chasing her.
Gawrrr
"NO" She screamed with fear as one of the Zombies grabbed her shirt. She wasn't able to run.
More zombie slowly start grabbing her, She Closed her eyes, she knew that she couldn't escape the Zombies grasps.
"Gaaawr"
Right as she thought it was going to be the end she heard the sound of growl of the Zombies, before the grasp of all the zombie to be released one by one. She opened her eyes and turned back to see the situation.
'What!!..'
Mena couldn't help but feel shocked, Most the Zombies that was just chasing her was now unmoving on the ground, But that's not what she was suprised at she was shocked because a young man with white hair, Successfully destroying the zombie skull killing it with a kitchen knife.
After killing the zombie, shin wiped the blood off of using one of the Zombies clothes.
"T...tha..thank you for saving me!!" Said Mena sincerely. If wasn't for the person infront of her she would be dead. So she was every greatful.
"No Problem" Said Shin as he put the kitchen knife in his pocket. As for where he got the knife, he took it from the hideout before leaving.
Even if he wouldn't be attack by Zombies, humans will still attack him.
And as to why, she wasn't suspicious of him, one block away was a store that sells contact lenses, he broke in and took a pair of very black contact lenses, Now he didn't have to worry about being founded out to be a zombie. the only thing abnormal about him now was his white hair.
"How did you survive out here this long?" Asked shin, he was curious how this girl wasn't eaten yet.
"Well...."
After she told him her name, she proceeded to tell him what she experienced so far. It turns out, She was previously, Surviving the apocalypse with her brother. Their parents died helping them escape their house after it was attacked by a group of zombies. For weeks in was just her and her older brother Surviving the Apocalypse on their own. Today when they were leaving to a store from grabbing food supplies, they were ambushed by a group of zombie. Her brothers sacrificed himself so she could get away, but in the end it turned out to be not worth it because, when she made it away from the group of zombies she was rushed again another set of zombies. Those zombies were the ones that Shin just killed.
Describing what happened caused Mena to cry as she relive every moment.
Hearing her story, shin felt sympathy.
Noticing she was crying infront her savior, Mena forced herself to stop the tears from falling.
"Sorry for crying infront of you" Said Mena
"It's okay to cry, especially after what you experience" said Shin, even If their experiences are he felt a sense of connection with Mena, so he conforted her.
Being comfort by Shin Mena felt greatful, but then she thought of where she would go now.
Shin seem to guess what she was thinking, So he asked If she is willing to follow him. She happily accepted.
Just like that they set off neither one them knew where to go but they decided that they would look for a store to get food for the night.
Ofcourse Shin didn't plan on consuming as he couldn't survive on human food, but he didn't want Mena suspecting him of anything.

2 hours passed
They tried their best to avoid Zombie contact, the zombie that they didn encounter, was easily killed by shin, much to the suprise of Mena.
During the times they walked around Shin and Mena chatted. they talked about life before apocalypse. Mena tried to ask shin if he was with a group before but he dodged the question. She knew it was probably due to some bad memories so she didn't ask further.
"Look over their" Said Mena to Shin, She pointed out a store that was not far ahead.
"Good eyes, let's go!" replied shin,
They both walked to the store, they was not suprise seeing most of the food and Health products gone.
Looking around they were able to find some canned goods and some medication. In the apocalypse medication is a must.
Unsuspectedly as they were getting ready to leave, they both were surprised by a male voice.
"Hand over everything"
