"Myra, get up." Kevin tapped her again. "You're leaning in too much on me."
He got no response.
Kevin took in a deep breath, he better get ready for another grueling time trying to take her home, he tapped her again and when he got no reply, he finished his glass of wine.
Why was Myra so stubborn? He'd warned her not to drink but she didn't listen.
Kevin checked the time on his phone. 9 pm.
He tried to release her arms wrapped around him and this time her grip loosened, he placed her head against his shoulders and lightly tapped her cheeks.
"Myra? We have to leave."
"Huh?" Her lashes fluttered open.
"We're leaving now," he muttered. "Can you stand on your own?"
"Yes." She stuttered, trying her best to get up without swaying.
Kevin grabbed her phone and purse from the table and held her close, helping her out through the door.
"Who are you?" Myra cocked her head in a daze
