Lisa raised her head and their gazes met.
She gazed into Myra's eyes for a while, some emotion settled in her eyes and she stepped forward.
Myra felt a pit stirring in her stomach as she watched her greatest enemy stand right in front of her.
Kevin's hand was still hovering slightly on her back, he was like a wall right behind her to support her. His simple gesture assured her that everything was fine.
"Miss Rogers," Lisa began, a small frown on her face.
Kevin's gaze zeroed in on her, he opened his mouth to speak but Myra stopped him with a glance.
"First, I want to really apologize for all that I did to you in the past," Lisa looked deep into her eyes.
Both of them knew what she was talking about.
"I have to admit that recently, I contributed to the extent with which the media slandered you."
"Can you be more specific?" Myra demanded.
