Four high-ranking officials from the Soul Alliance, Nightmare Demon Palace, Soul Hall, and Spirit Beast Hall are leisurely sipping tea in the yard of the spring pool. These four elderly men each exhibit their own distinct demeanors.
However, outside this courtyard, the competition guards, dressed in gold, silver, and copper armours of different materials, stand solemnly. They're lined up one after another, numbering up to a hundred. Their cold solemnity exudes an invisible pressure.
These nearly one hundred competition guards are responsible for maintaining the entire Eighth Realm competition. They are all middle-aged strength bearers selected from the four major powers, and their strength is enough to cope with the prisoners released to Tian Shou Mountain.
