Wanxiang City
Before the war fully erupted, the Neutral Faction had already evacuated from the city.
Those residents also migrated to other cities under the jurisdiction of Wanxiang City, so the people unrelated to the war were not much affected.
The entire north and south districts of Wanxiang City were still relatively intact, most of the damage was due to the residual waves of power from Dominator-level creatures, and the more sturdy buildings remained undamaged, while most of the collapsed ones were simple houses of the common residents.
These houses could be restored in less than a day by a qualified architect; in fact, some builders with a great many Earth attribute soul pets and Plant Spirit Beasts could construct a whole street in a day.
The extent of the destruction in the east and west cities goes without saying, apart from ruins there were only ruins, and when the wild winds swept through, the air was filled with dust, leaving behind a desolate and forlorn mess.
