Lightning flashed and thunder roared, filling the air with the smell of scorching. Amidst it all, one had to be constantly on guard against lightning suddenly cleaving down from above, lest they end up shattered to pieces like the rocks around them!
The further they walked, the denser the lightning became, and its intensity grew increasingly frightening.
Normally, if there were three Thunder-type creatures present, they could easily avoid the lightning. However, the Thundering Wasteland clearly wasn't so easy to traverse.
With the dense distribution of thunder elements, a large number of Thunder crystal stones appeared within the surrounding rocks. These crystal stones, if placed in the Human Domain, could definitely be described as priceless—after all, there was likely no such place of thunder extremity within the realms of humans.
The dense appearance of the Thunder crystal stones meant that more creatures were gathering here, posing a serious obstacle to the group's progress.
