Chu Mu stood at the very center of the vacant yet incredibly luxurious great hall, flanked on both sides by two female attendants clad in light orange battle attire, looking heroic and impressive.
Chu Mu's position was at least a hundred meters away from the queen's throne, with more than ten steps covered in a snowy white fur carpet in between. As soon as Chu Mu had entered the hall, the female attendants took their places on either side of her, meticulously instructing her on the appropriate etiquette for addressing Her Highness: what sort of bow to perform, where to direct her gaze, how to pace her steps – in other words, they made sure Chu Mu wouldn't commit any breaches in decorum.
