Maki hid behind the chairs. Lightly raising her head, peeking to see where Aira was and what she was doing. Aira was checking behind every chair. Just like what Maki did for the past 30 minutes.
'That's pointless. I have checked every single seat and found nothing.' She sighed. Thinking about how stupid it was. Checking the chairs out, that is. She let herself watch Aira tire herself out, checking seats out.
"Oh found ya'!" Aira's face brightened at the sight of the puzzle piece. However, it was not the same for Maki. Her expression turned sour when she saw Aira pick up the jigsaw piece.
She unintentionally reveals herself to Aira. Maki exclaimed. Aira was startled by her. The latter almost drop the piece.
Aira made a mocking face. "Too bad! You were the first one here, yet It's me who found what you were looking for." Aira began descending the stairs.
