In the kingdom of Abalon, two of the most powerful rulers were Viscountess Ether and Duke Clarence. They were having a meeting with Ether's grandmother, the powerful mage Essie, in order to discuss their strategy for defending themselves against the impending assault of the Greed Demon. In a room of the castle that had low lighting, the three of them sat together at a circular table that was encircled on all sides by books and maps.
Ether was the one to initiate the conversation "I am grateful that you could make it, Nana. Your assistance is required as we make preparations for the assault that will be launched by the Greed Demon."
Essie nodded, "In my vision, I was given a glimpse of what would happen during the assault. It is of the utmost importance that we take immediate action and get our defenses ready."
