"Rafael," Azrael warned.
He had appeared behind her, with steps as light as a feather but an aura that was enough to send a shudder down the spine.
Anna could tell how much the crown prince enjoyed enticing that reaction from Azrael by the way he let out a heartfelt laugh. His face changed into a vision of relaxed joy and unrestrained mirth.
"My offer will always be there," Rafael smiled at Anna.
Azrael took her hand and brought her close beside him, "Your carriage is ready."
Rafael was surprised, "It isn't supposed to—”
Azrael pointed at the lady who stood a little far with a bewildered and confused expression.
"Her Highness can't wait."
"Eh?"
The lady in question had no idea what the duke was talking about. It earned another amused smile from Rafael. He mockingly bowed to Azrael.
"Pardon me, Your Grace. I won't hold back your fiance."
