Vincenzo stayed locked in his car as he watched the rain trickle down. His hands still shook from the fury he felt last night. For the first time in his life, he considered murder. He already saw himself as a murderer.
He really would have strangled Roy to death if Marco had not intervened. That was how angry he felt when he brought Marco back to hold up the end of his bargain, only to find Roy... He couldn't even finish that thought before he felt his pressure go up again.
He remembered the fear on her face as he dragged Roy away from her. She had fought and struggled. It just made him admire her all the more. He had seen so many aspects of Maria in such a short time.
