Giliath demands your power stones!

With the back of that in her mind, the officers around her could only salute as they readied their orbal rifles and swords at their hand. Unfortunately they were still on the ground floor, so that meant they had the daunting task of going up this giant building by foot. By now, Irina and her workers were now out of sight being escorted by officers earlier. Yet before Claire could do anything, she suddenly heard a pompous-sounding voice reach her ears as several soldiers clad in orange and white started to approach the RMP.
"And just what do you think you're doing, miss Icy Maiden?", The voice said, only to reveal a figure coming from the officers clad in orange and white. They seemed to be at least a Lieutenant, and an annoyed look could currently be seen in their eyes. "This area is under the jurisdiction of House Rogner. You can take your little officers and see yourselves out.", The Lieutenant continued to say in annoyance.
"And what will you do? Nothing?", Claire retorted, seeing the late arrival of the Provincial Army.
"Y-You!", The Lieutenant tried to respond back in anger. "We don't need the government's dogs to assist us in cleaning this mess. Men go inside and secure the route. Take back any assailants you find as prisoners. We'll need to interrogate them to find out why they decided to launch an attack on the Reinford Building.", The Lieutenant issued, only to cause the several figures clad in orange and white to salute. Seeing this command, Claire couldn't help but sigh.
"I told you guys to make sure no one leaves alive, got it?", Claire said, only to have an icy look appear in her eyes. She let out a bit of bloodlust, only to cause some of the Provincial Army to shudder a bit.
Seems tensions were pretty high between the RMP and Provincial Armies as of late. Seeing the two appear directly like this would definitely fan the flames between the two groups. The Provincial Armies did not like how Chancellor Osborne was quickly rising and taking feat after feat to his own while the Houses remained back, basking in the light of their individual regions. The Lieutenant here clearly wanted to claim tonight as a victory to uphold in his name, but Claire wasn't going to make his life that easy. Still, Claire let the Provincial Army do as it wants, as their assistance would help regardless to keep tonight under control.
"You just keep the city secure, got it? Otherwise, you can take the RMP and go back crawling to Heimdallr.", The Lieutenant retorted back before he signaled his men to head inside the Reinford Building, and start storming it.
Hearing that, Claire only sighed seeing them now gone. With the binoculars at her side, she had another look again, and saw the violet haired boy was now running on the side of the building, with the blonde haired girl tightly holding on. Seeing this, she couldn't help but blink before she noticed the faint aura around the boy's feet. Seeing such a thing, she put her binoculars back down.
"The Provincial Army will help secure the route. Make sure to keep the city secure and ensure none of those assailants remain alive.", Claire said, reissuing her order to the remaining RMP officers. Sadly, even with the binoculars, Claire was unable to see the thin blood red strands of the boy's hair, nor his fangs since his mouth was closed. She could only help secure the city of Roer so that no further harm would come to it, and her officers complied. Some went inside the first floor of the Reinford Building while the others spread out throughout the city to ensure the citizen's safety.
As for herself, Claire proceeded along the other officers, heading inside the building...
Meanwhile, as the RMP group and the Provincial Army became busy, back on the side of the building a couple moments ago. After killing off the first Garden of Sword assassin and directing mana toward my feet to help stay on the side of the building, I was suddenly distracted by a quick notification sound, ignoring that my back was currently heavy.
[Ding! Active Skill Mana Walk has been created by Player Naoto. This skill is now available for viewing.]
Mana Walk...
Sounds pretty similar to a certain group of ninjas, eh? Yet those guys use chakra as an energy source, while I use the elements to my advantage, using my mana as a battery. As much as I wanted to appreciate this news that I had just obtained, I knew I had to pay attention to the matter at hand.
As of now, I was no longer alone in this mess.
The Garden of Swords really does know how to create a mess. I mean, isn't stealth the point of being an assassin anyways? Why bother being an assassin if you're just going to use an explosion as a distraction? That's basically giving your position away, not to mention informing the local authorities that you're here.
And sure enough, that's exactly what happened.
As a result of those two explosions, the city's siren started to blare, raising a warning flag to those who reside in Roer that danger is currently present. Not only did the loud siren continue to blare, not one but two different groups started to swarm the place aside from the assassins that us three were supposed to target. Right now Ines and Ennea were further inside, trying to clear out the floors as those two groups started to swarm from the bottom up.
It was a bit surprising to see the RMP though. Since the RMP was here, that likely meant Claire was also here, but if I recall correctly, her studies at Thors Military Academy should have started by now...
But I wouldn't say I was alone in this mess anymore, either. My thoughts soon returned to what was presently over my back. It was Alisa no less, and she was currently covered in my phoenix robe. Seeing me stick on the side of the building not moving, my footing became secure. Alisa couldn't help but blink seeing me do this.
"Y-You better not let go of me, okay? Sharon entrusted my safety to you. So do your job, got it?", Alisa retorted, obviously worried, ignoring the fact that she was still a bit wet, and only currently wearing my robe right now.
"Haha, that's what I was assigned to do, so your safety is now my number one priority, Miss Alisa.", I replied, revealing a grin, only to bare my fangs a bit. Seeing me do this, Alisa blinked for a moment.
"...Are those real? And are we seriously standing on the side of the building right now!?", Alisa couldn't help but exclaim, seeing me like this. Seeing that reaction caused me to chuckle again.
"Heh, you just now realized the situation at hand? Of course we are on the side of the building. It's the quickest way to the roof after all.", I said, only to turn my head a bit to try and look back at Alisa. Yet just me doing this alone, Alisa became flustered as the robe she had one currently fluttered some more.
"W-Wait, don't you dare look back!", Alisa suddenly retorted, realizing her current predicament. After all, her body was still bare, she only had my robe, nothing more nothing less. After all, we had just came out directly from the bathroom Alisa was just bathing in a few moments ago.
"Hmm, you already let me look at your body once. What's the harm in looking a second time?", I retorted back, only to cause Alisa to blush a bit.
"That first time doesn't count!", Alisa retorted in embarrassment as she blushed. "Just keep me safe, got it? Mother and the others are probably getting to safety as we speak. To be honest, if you didn't show up, I don't know what Sharon and I would have done...", Alisa continued to say, only to turn quiet for a moment.
Hearing Alisa continue to say that, I smiled.
"Just hang on tight, okay? I'll make sure you return to your family. As the Phoenix, I promise you that.", I said, trying to comfort Alisa a bit. Hearing that, she nodded. At the same time, I heard two more notifications sound off inside my mind.
"The Phoenix...", Alisa uttered softly as I went over the two notifications...
