'Okay, so maybe it was a little overdramatic, but I need to make sure my point makes a lasting impact, can't have Harry acting like a lone ranger...'
"You are an idiot Potter... I sometimes envy you... you have a perfect life, a perfect family and you are throwing it away just because you feel like you have to protect them. Do you know how much Rose cried when you holed yourself up in the Library desperately trying to learn new spells?" Rigel slowly raised Harry until his head was touching the ceiling, "...you are trying desperately, but you aren't strong enough now, maybe you will be, but not until a few years later. You can't even beat me what makes you think you can stand up to Voldemort?"
Rigel held Harry in the air for a little bit more before he levitated him back to his seat, silence enveloped the compartment for a little bit, and while Rigel wondered if he overdid it a little bit Harry finally spoke.
"Rose cried?" His voice was a little strained and Rigel suppressed the urge to roll his eyes at the most obvious sis-con in the world.
"Ur, an idiot..." Rigel shook his head, from his grand speech and his impressive display of magic the only thing that got into Harry's thick head was Rose crying.
"I... how did you do that, doing magic without your wand," Harry asked.
"Because I wasn't raised in the wizarding world, I had to fight to survive in an orphanage filled with hundreds of others like me. The definition of possibilities is a little bendy when your survival comes into question, you combine that with magic and anything can happen. Wands are just artifacts that help in channeling magic, why can't you do the same with your hands when you got magic coursing through your entire body."
Harry nodded and sat down silently, Rigel rolled his eyes and punched Harry on his shoulders, "Stop thinking about unnecessary stuff..."
"Yeah," Harry rubbed his shoulders before he said, "Don't tell Mom and Dad, or Sirius or anyone else. Dumbledore warned me not to talk casually about it..." Rigel gave Harry a look again before he sighed and agreed, he got his quest reward anyway, maybe he shouldn't intervene with Dumbledore's plan so soon anyway.
'What is the old man planning anyway, why tell something like this to Harry, he's just a kid right now, even Dumbledore in the canon waited until Harry was an adult before dropping the Horcrux analogy on him...'
"Come on let's go, Mom is going to send in a howler soon if we don't go down." Harry gave Rigel a small smile as he stood up, they both made their way out of the train when Rigel asked, "So James vetoed out 'Hope' What did Lily veto?"
Harry gave him a grin before he replied, "Firefly..."
...
...
Rigel blinked and asked, "Like the bug?"
Harry nodded, Rigel gave him a weird look before turning the look towards James, while James might not know what he did to deserve that look Rigel decided that he would stick to it for a while.
'I don't know why I was worried about me being weird and overdramatic, it's James and Sirius who are weird.'

{10:58 AM, 1st Sept, 1988}
Harry waved to a crying Rose from the window as Rigel waited for the train to go. The door to their compartment slid open as Fred and George dragged their trunks in and sprawled themselves on each side of the compartment.
"Fred, George" Rigel acknowledged the twins as they both groaned from exertion, Rigel looked outside, and sure enough a whole herd of redheads were waving at their compartment too. Rigel looked at Percy being squished into a hug, he totally understood now why the twins were huffing and puffing.
"So you two escaped huh," Rigel commented as the twins finally caught their breath.
"Yeah-"
"the horror-"
"Just look-"
"At Percy-"
"Oh, Poor Percy-"
"He should-"
"Blame-"
"Will and Chalie-"
"They were the ones-"
"Who ran first-"
Rigel closed his eyes, he felt a headache incoming if the twins continued talking like this. Harry though was amused by their interactions.
The gate opened once again and William Weasley peered into the room, "You guys okay, Hey Harry, Rigel..." The oldest Weasley of his generation nodded at everyone before he turned towards Fred and George, "Alright brats, don't look for me, if you need anything find Charlie..." he hesitated a bit before he added, "...Don't blow up the compartment, I quite like Harry!"
He waved and closed the door as he left, the train did a soft lurch as it started moving, and after waving once again everyone settled down. Well somewhat settle down as Fred and George immediately took their wands out and started showing Harry a new spell they had invented.
Rigel leaned against the window and relaxed, the thing that has been bugging him had been cleared, and as he looked at the latest notifications at least he was ready to learn the Shield Charm.

'Even if I have to dump all my points into WIS, it would increase the stat to 40 points, that should be enough right?'
Rigel didn't wanna do it right now, he'll wait till he's alone and in Hogwarts before he could experiments with the spells and do it.
'It's gonna be a long ride isn't it?'
