3 days after the battle with Osorosii. Kaen was sitting on top of a mountain admiring the view while thinking of Natu. To his surprise he was crying just thinking about her. His tears ran down his cheeks like a raging waterfall. Kaen tried to wipe his tears but he couldn't control it. He then got up and started shouting. "NATU! I'M SORRY I DIDN'T FIND YOU! PLEASE FORGIVE ME LOVE!" He sat down and he was still crying. He cried for about and hour until Kento showed up. "Hello Lord Kaen." "Oh hey Kento." Kento sat next to him. "Look at the sunset. How beautiful." Kaen looked as Kento said. Kaen was amazed and he felt a sensation of heat as Kento was radiating heat from his body. Kento looked at Kaen. "My lord I'll ask you this. Do you wish you never found us?" "What?! No I don't wish that." "If you'd never found us you'd still have your love miss Natu with you. And you would have never had to battle Osorosii." "I also would have never found Gin again, saved Osorosii and watched you grow up." "Thank you my lord." "No problem Kento." Kaen snuggled up against Kento's chest. They slept for about 5 hours. Kirito woke them up. "Kaen. Kento. There's a fleet of strange looking soldiers west of the village. Let's proceed with caution." Kaen nodded. "My lord I'll stay here. I'm too big to sneak." "Ok Kento." Kaen and Kirito proceeded to approach the fleet. They saw the soldiers. They sneak attacked them. Easily taking them out. Then they saw a big, fully armored warlord. The warlord spotted Kaen and Kirito. The two attacked. The warlord swung his giant axe. Easily defeating the two and then he proceeded to destroy the small village. Kaen lost consciousness after the attack only to gain it a couple of hours later. He woke up to see only Gin and Kirito knocked out on the ground. He woke up the two and they went after the army of that attacked them. As they pursued the army the had a brief conversation. "Kaen do you know where the Kobolds are?" "I'm hoping that army has them." They saw the army in the distance. Kaen picked up speed as he reverted to his wolf form before using his roar to take out some of the army. The Warlord jumped and stood infront of Kaen as Kaen went for a scratch to the Warlord's arm. After the scratch connected, Kaen learned the Warlord's armor was too powerful and dodged another swing of the Warlord's axe but on the corner of Kaen's eye. Kaen spotted blood and as he turned he saw Gin was sliced badly and fell off the side of a canyon. "Gin!" Kaen enraged turned and charged before being knocked out by a punch from the Warlord and was dropped down the same Canyon. After a few weeks of drifting in the Canyon lake, Kaen finally reached land where he was taken by a group of Knights. He woke up and fought his way out of one the knights arms. He could barely stand. He growled. There were three knights. The first was a man who was in his old age but his body was bulky and he seemed strong. The second was a young man who was thin but looked intelligent. The third knight was a beautiful young lady. She had long blonde hair and sea blue eyes. The old knight drew a massive sword and looked at Kaen ready to attack. "Ok wolf. Stand down or prepare to die." Kaen just fell to the ground as the young male knight picked him up. The three knights finally reached their kingdom and they went to a place where they enter what they found on their Journey. "Ahh Sir. Castletoff and his two partners." The old knight smiled as he answered. "Today we have something to answer on. A small amount of gold, a mage scepter and a small wolf." "A small wolf. Interesting. What kind of wolf is it?" "From my knowledge. I'd say either a mage wolf or Kyouhu wolf." "Kyouhu wolf. That's an interesting find. You should inform the commander of that one yourself." "Will do." After that the three knights took Kaen to their commander. Their commander was a male with long brown hair. Emrald green eyes and small scales along his neck. "Ahhh. Sir. Castletoff to what I owe this pleasure." "Commander Zmey. I came to give you this rare Kyouhu wolf." "A Kyouhu wolf. Those haven't been seen in our lands for decades. What an amazing find.
