I over dosed. We had to use the money with us to pay for my hospital bills. I felt like a total disappointment, how could I do that? We had enough problems already why was I trying to add more.
"Catie we used all of the money we had to pay for these bills," John told me with a frown. He was obviously embarrassed to have a sister like me.
"I know, I am so sorry." I was honestly sorry, I can only imagine the panic he might have felt when he saw me like that.
"Did you find me?" I needed to know his state of mind.
"No! Alex did. He called me to come here," he said still not looking at my face.
"Oh!" I should say more but all I manage is an'oh'.
"John?" I needed him to look at me. Ｍｏｔｈｅｒcouldn't know about this.
"Yes?" He refused to look at me still.
"John look at me. I need to see your eyes on me." I had to be very direct and sure he understood me.
"Yes?" His eyes were on me now. I looked like a total mess.
