"Okay, Elio. I think you should stop getting in my head now. It's hard for me to think straight like that." Dahlia said out loud like Elio was right there listening to her. She had learned the power of saying her thoughts out loud from an article she read while at work. The article had been about how speaking out helps control emotions, just like Christians are also told to rebuke the devil with words. She silently hope that proclaiming the words would help her get Elio out of her mind in the meantime.
She entered her room and just slept in it. Usually, she would go through her night routine which includes making her bed over again, brushing her teeth, and washing her face. Some other times when she was too stressed from work, she would take a bath to allow her body to rest and her muscles to contract.
