Doctor Jeff paced around his office wondering what his next line of action should be. He has tried every way to affirm if Elio was truly suffering from amnesia but every of his report have proved negative and it seems more like a waste of time to keep repeating the same thing over and over again and expect different results. With each passing moment and each test, he conducted on Elio, he saw more and more reasons to be suspicious of the brothers.
There was a gentle tap on the door and that jolted Jeff away from his thoughts.
"You can come in," he said, trying to look calm even though his mind is trying to piece a puzzle of a million pieces together.
He was thinking about the possible ways he can unravel this situation. As much as he would love to believe that the brothers are hiding a lot from him, he also wants to be sure he is not missing anything out in terms of a test that may reveal an underlying medical condition that he was yet to discover.
