He released the anger away from him with a long exhaled breath, then he inhaled another deep breath to calm himself. He prayed that his visit this time would yield positive results since he was tired of giving his son bad news every time he asked Jose if he was getting out of there soon. The commissioner was one stubborn man, Jose thought. If he had given any other person a quarter of what he offered the man, they would have grabbed the offer even before he finished. But, no. The commissioner wasn't interested in all that and was still adamant that Peterson was going to the court for the hearing.
