"As long as you won't be touching my body indiscriminately, I think I am fine with it," Elio said with a stone-faced expression that showed that he was not ready for the conversation whatsoever.
"that's such a great start. I will ask you some questions. You just need to answer as truthfully as you can so we can confirm the diagnosis. Is that fine?" Doctor Jett asked with the same uninterested face. for some reason, Jett does not like this man because he can sense that there is more to him than what was told but as a doctor, he needs to put asides his prejudice and focus on helping. He can see that the man did not like him either and that only makes them even.
"Okay, go ahead," Elio said, making an attempt to sit up but Jett stopped him.
"it would be easier if you keep lying down. It is not going to affect the examination. You do not have to make yourself go through the stress." Jett said, keeping his tone as steady as he possibly can.
