Arcana explained to us, while she drank from a wooden cup. We were at Silver's Inn. Apparently, from Sirius and Arcana's sources, is the cheapest inn in town. We don't have enough money to buy it at any other inn. More like we don't have money at all.
'Does that include food?'
Sakurako asked.
'Yep. So, we'll have Altair with me and Sakurako with Sirius.'
['Eh?!']
All three of us said at once.
'Wouldn't it make more sense if I slept with Sirius and you with Sakurako?'
I asked. I don't know what this girl would be planning if she wanted me, a 25-year-old in a child's body, to sleep in a two-bedded room with her. Sakurako also had her objections, but Arcana continued, giving a stern glare to her brother.
'You might have already figured it out, but Sirius is a sadist. If he was sleeping with a cute little boy, like you, then his urges would kick in and he'd start torturing you. Would you want that?'
I gave a glance at Sirius. He gave a face of guilt. I slowly inched away on my chair.
'Well, why don't you and your brother sleep together?!'
Sakurako asked with a childish look on her face. Arcana smirked as if she already had it all figured out.
'Would you want to hear my lewd moans coming from your room? I doubt anyone would. For me, and everyone else, being with Altair is the safest.'
That... actually is a good point. I'm still having a couple of second thoughts though.

The two-bedded room was large, and I mean large. Probably the size of a garage. I was expecting it to be smaller since it was cheap, but it's actually pretty big. They have separate rooms and everything. The problem was that I'd be staying here with... her. And for two weeks! That reminds me. Zyn said that I have two weeks to live unless I follow his advice.
I took off my cloak and jumped onto the bed while staring at the wooden ceiling.
'"Overcome white with black..." What the fuck could that mean?'
'Quite the vulgar word coming out of your mouth. I always thought a child should have a cleaner mouth than that.'
She heard me. Not that it matters. I thought she knows that I'm a Demon. Since she does, she should at least try not to call me a child. Arcana put her stuff on the other bed around six feet away from mine. She stretched herself out and then spoke at me.
'I'll be taking a bath now. Don't look, otherwise, I'll kill you.'
'Basically, you mean that I should peek while you take a bath.'
A large smile appeared on her face as she put her index finger to her lips.
'Maybe. Maybe not.'
Arcana took the towel, on top of a barrel, and entered the bathroom, closing the door behind her. Yeah, I'm not going to peek, though the old me would definitely want to. I have more important things to think about here.
For example what I'm going to do in this city. I wonder why Sirius and Arcana came here. I doubt they would come from wherever they came from, just to sightsee. Demons and any related race aren't allowed in Riel or any city in the capital. I think Demons can be sensed in a certain way, but I wasn't discovered whatsoever. I have no clue about anything so...
Anyways, let's try and recap what happened to me when I came into this world.
Firstly, I was reincarnated into a village. There I did my piece and found out about Ai and gained skills. Then I met Sakurako there. The next day at dawn, I faced Carlos and Sakurako later joined in. We were baited and sent out of the village. Then we spent the next week travelling to Riel, the closest city to that village. We eventually met the twin siblings, Arcana and Sirius, and had a misunderstanding. After fighting it out, we came to a mutual understanding. Spent another week getting there and here we are at the current time. Me, thinking about this all while laying on a bed.
Oh, oh, oh, oh! I totally forgot about that! While on the journey, I said to myself that I would test this out here! My Skill Synthesis skill. It was originally Skill Combination, but it evolved into Skill Synthesis after I hit Level 15.

Seems like they were added. Oh, I gained two new Ultimate Skills, [Spatial Rupture] and [Calamity Angel, Auriel] when I hit Level 15. My Identify also evolved into Appraisal and Intimidate evolved into Bloodlust. It's been a pretty smooth sailing level-up session but a bit too smooth. I feel like I've had the easiest reincarnated life out of all the ones who reincarnated. I mean, I'm gaining skills and I'm not even using half of them! I haven't used even one Ultimate Skill.
I'm still wondering one thing. Hey, Ai, when will I evolve and what's my next evolution?
