As her heart becomes clean, it became easier for it to pump blood reducing the strain it felt. Her clean blood vessels allow for an even better flow of her red bright blood. Her skin becomes clear of any faults or scars, allowing for better healing and of course better look.
Once she finally felt that her body is fully clean, she moves her concentration toward her bones. A special kind of Qi started to accumulate on her bones, the Qi enter her bones as she started to reconstruct her bones one by one. This of course is a very lengthy process and very dangerous. One wrong mistake and it could lead to deformities.
Each bone became shiny new, with a tin of grayish metal, strong and healthy, and some even increasing in length. Her bones were now rich in Qi. Allowing for better creation of RBCs, WBCs, and Platelets. The bones were even more sturdy now, making the act of breaking a lot harder.
As she finishes upgrading every single individual bone in her body, she felt a rush of Qi enter her body. The cells in her body becoming enrich by it. With that step done the next thing she needs to do is upgrade her organs. Just like the muscles, specific Qi went to specific organs, and just like the muscles, she controls the Qi to upgrade her organs carefully.
One wrong mistake could lead to death. She upgraded her skin first, as that is the largest organ in her body. It is also the easiest organ to upgrade, as all she needs to do is change a few things. Making her skin healthier and smoother, enchanting her already beautiful skin.
After that, she started upgrading her intestine, making the absorption of nutrients better, and also the explosion of waste. After that she upgraded her stomach, enchanting her stomach acids and lining. Then came the more important organs, like her liver, kidneys, and bladder. She needs to be more careful with these organs.
Slowly peeling the layers and replacing them with new better layers. Using the Qi that is circulating around her body to make these new and improved layers for her skin. Slowly time passed, and she did not know how long she took, but she knew that she spends a lot of time upgrading her sensitive liver.
She then spends a similar amount of time upgrading her kidneys and bladder. Slowly replacing each of them with a more enchanted version of them. Then came the final three organs, the ones that required the most delicate hands. Her heart, her lungs, and her brain.
She first works on her lungs, as she uses the Qi in her body to start slowly replacing each individual cell in her lungs. This took ages, at least that is what she thinks it took, as individually upgrading each cell is very taxing. As her new lungs came to life, she breathed in the fresh air. Her lungs easily filter out any dust, pollen, or bacteria she breathes in. her lung capacity increases 10-fold, allowing her to hold her breath for much longer.
Next her heart, following the same way she upgraded her lungs. Replacing each new cell with an upgraded version of the cell, using the Qi in her body as her tool. After taking ages to upgrade her heart, next came her brain. The most sensitive and special organ. This is one of the organs people are the most scared to upgrade. One mistake leads to death.
But she is not scared, she did this once before and knows how to upgrade her brain. Just like her heart and lungs, replacing each individual cell with a new and upgraded one. This took a lot longer as she need to upgrade each individual neuron that is connected to her brain.
As she finishes upgrading all of her organs, a new wave of Qi enters her body. As her dantians become more effective thanks to her organs being upgraded. As Qi overflows into her body, her cells started to eat it like a ravenous swarm. Her body changes as her muscles grow in strength and stamina.
This is the normal upgrade of muscles, but she can't let nature take its course without some interference. As she guided the Qi and the cells to become more specific. Making each muscle excel in the area they were designed for. As her muscles finish upgrading, more Qi started to enter her body. Her body now uses Qi as its main source of energy.
As she breathes in the Qi in the air, she opens her eyes as the system rings in her ears.
