Chapter 125 - Preparations Part 1

Bujir struck down the large artificial spirit, the weapon in his hand, a single-headed steel axe broke the spirit core into pieces. The magma slowly its form. Sweat accumulated on his face and under his clothes. He cleans the sweat off his forehead with his forearm.

This is one of the problems with dealing with Magma Spirits, artificial or not. The immense heat that emanates from their bodies makes it very hard to fight them and stay concentrated. But soon a cooling breeze spread over him and the surrounding area. As he looks back and sees a female Dwarf.

With a lean figure and short stature. Brown hair that is nicely tied into a bun and brown color eyes. Unlike other Dwarfs that had their arms and faces a darker shade, her skin tone is fairly even all around. She is Seche 'electricity' Steel Gears, a commander stage cultivator that uses water and sword skills.

Water is a bit special compared to the other elements, as it has three different stages. Liquid, gas, and solid. While the easiest to use and control is the liquid stage. There still are some cultivators that master the other two stages. Zhihui still could not control those other two stages, but Seche is able to control liquid and solid.

She spread her Qi around and made the water in the air into solids, spreading around cold temperatures to combat the scorching heat of the dead magma spirits. Bujir could not help but smile as he waves his hand.

"Thank you Seche!"

The woman nodded her head as she continues to make water into ice, doing so till her Qi gave out. As the last artificial spirit dies at the hand of another female Dwarf. She has long braided black hair. More muscular than Bujir and their other male colleagues, the woman is of short stature with brown color eyes. Unlike the Dwarf around her, her race is rarer.

She is a Copper Dwarf, a Dwarf that is built for war and strength. Her name is Girina 'Combustion' Copper Axe. It is a well-known joke that she only joins the Copper Axe school to make better equipment for herself. Something that she doesn't deny.

As the Dwarf within the wall screams out in cheers for their 5 master crafters. Their strongest cultivators and their political leaders. But their cheers soon end as more artificial spirits come forward. Thankfully they were only warrior stage spirits as yellow Mors appeared out of thin air and start attacking the artificial spirits.

The 5 master crafters go back into the settlement, the gates closing behind them as the last thing they see is more yellow Mors appear and deal with the warrior artificial spirits. Bujir breathes out a sigh of relief and so do the Dwarfs within the walls.

As long as this group of five go out every so often to deal with the commander stage artificial spirits, Mors summons should be able to hold and give the Dwarf military the much need rest. Bujir felt a hand grab his left shoulder, turning his head he is comes face to face with a tan male Dwarf.

The male Dwarf is bald, with a black well trim, and kept beard. Gray color eyes and strong solid muscles. Within this tribe population, it is common accordance to see male Dwarfs become bald early on in their life. Leaving them with only their beards to take care of.

To the Dwarf, keeping good personal hygiene and taking care of their own looks is very important. That is why the Dwarf female Dwarf takes great care of their hair and the male Dwarfs of their beards.

"I see you still have hair in your head your lucky bastard"

"Good to see you are also fine Okin"

Okin 'Wheel' Gold Sickle laughs as he pats Bujir shoulder, his eyes slowly turning serious as the other master crafters gather around.

"So how about you tell us about this Elf"

Okin said, clearly referring to Mors. Bujir knew that the time will come for this, the Erdeniin uul tribe had a more democratic form of government that the other forms of civilization. Their leader is simply known as the tribe leader. Is voted by every single adult resident in the settlement.

The only requirement for being elected leader is to be a master crafter. The people around him were once his competitors for the leader position. But having lost to him, by tradition they are to join his government and help him out. This usually acts as a form of checks and balances so that the leader does not become corrupt and tyrannical.

Because of this, any government action, including diplomacy must be supported by at least 3 members of this government.

"Well first of all he is not an Elf, but a human from the sects"

"What!?"

The last member of this five-person group, a male Dwarf known as Ile 'Rotation' Iron Hammer. A Dwarf that is bald, brown color beard and silver color eyes. Could not help but react with surprise at this new information.

"What does he want?"

The calm and collected Girina, contrary to her looks asks while looking at Bujir.

"He only wants to help us deal with our spirit problem, in turn, he wishes us to send military support to the Elfs"

"What does a sect gain from us surviving?"

"Weird"

Bujir nodded his head at his colleague's concerns, no one here had any positive opinion of the sects. After all the sects did not hide the fact that they wanted their land.

"I too found it weird, but no matter how much I think the sects really gain nothing from this. Maybe he really wants us to help the Elfs"

"Yea.."

The other master crafters nodded their heads along to what Bujir said, as he continues to speak.

"As you all saw briefly, he is able to summon copies of himself of similar power. There seem to be no side effects to this power, an unending army to combat another unending army."

"If he helps us we can push forward and deal with the magma spirit"

"Exactly, then after we deal with the spirit we can send some help to the Elfs to deal with [Hunger]. So, I purpose that all five of us and the human go out together and defeat this Magma Spirit. If you approve of this raise your hand"

For the second time in this government's history, the first being to not send help to the Elfs when they first ask. The master crafters agree to deal with the Magma spirit that is attacking their tribe with the help of Mors.
