The chaos continent is a large wild place. Revenants of civilizations are scattered all around, poking from the soft soil or the hard stone. There are only a few places that have living civilizations in them. The starting ports, these ports are the landing point of people from different regions. Protect by high walls and strong guards.
The last remaining point of civilization is the Tower. Build in the middle of the continent and expand all the way to the endless sky. Surrounding this tower is a large city, made to protect those that come out of the tower and the tower itself.
The Tower is the most important thing for every person on this continent, without the Tower they won't even approach this place. The Tower helps in !@##^!*(^ . Plus, the rewards that come as you beat each floor are enormous and are sought after by everyone.
On this large continent, in an isolated mansion surrounded by fog, mountains, and forests. There lays a wounded woman of an unknown race. You could not tell if she was a Goblin or a Human. On top of her head are a pair of fox ears, fluffy and red in color. From her tailbone, 9 fox tails of red color grow out of it. Her fingernails are long and pointy. Her teeth were sharp and strong.
Her race is known as Beast Kin. As the blood of an ancient monster lingers in her bloodline. It is a [Heritage] that is shared between Humans and Goblins. As such it is hard to tell apart a Beast Kin that self-reform from a Goblin that one that self-reforms from a Human.
This woman has bright red hair, and her face is extremely beautiful, almost to the level that it's otherworldly and becomes creepy. Her beauty is so perfect that it messes with your view of beauty. With a single step of hers, men and women alike will bow down and tear off their own eyes. With a single breath of hers, men and women alike will choke themselves out of the little life they have.
This woman coughs up blood as she looks at her wounded body. Bloody wounds decorate her body, her bright red blood spilling on the luxurious mattress she is laying on. She bites her full red lips with her sharp teeth, piercing her skin as she draws fresh blood.
"Degusting pig, I will make you pay for the crime of wounding this body of mine. I should write you a [Fate] worse than death. "
The fox woman said to herself, coursing whoever this "Disgusting Pig" was. She slowly sits up on the mattress. Pain assaults her brain as she tries to keep herself awake. She breaths in, channeling the QI that is in the air in High quality and quantity.
There are three different areas that a defined by the amount of QI and its quality. [Low-QI] are the areas with weak resources and monsters, making them the perfect place for making civilizations and cultivating culture. [Medium-QI] places with medium levels of QI quality and quantity. The monsters and resources in these areas are stronger, making it a very hard place to form civilizations unless a lot of resources are poured into them.
Then you have areas of [High-QI] also known as [Dead Zones] not because they are devoid of life, but because the monsters that live in these areas are super strong and dangerous to deal with, but the resources in them are that much greater. As such it is impossible to make civilization in those areas unless a whole region pours its resources into it.
The Chaos continent is an [High-QI] area, its entirety is full of dangerous monsters but with even greater and more powerful resources. Of course, there are even higher areas of QI that are only found in the Chaos continent, but the unworthy cant enter such places and if they do only death will await them.
The Beast-Kin woman continues to channel the high-quality QI into her body. Slowly healing her own body and recuperating her strength before she would be able to recover from such wounds much faster. But something happens while she was fighting The God of War. Someone has broken her well-crafted chains.
The [Chains of Fate] are a creation she spends a life span making and perfecting. One of her [Greater Achievement]. It is the base of her power, what gives her strength, and what she builds upon. A crack in her foundation will lead to devastation for all the skills she builds upon it.
As she continues to cultivate the QI in the air, she grinds her teeth together. As she thinks of what to do against the person who broke her well-crafted chains, not once, but twice.
"When I find you, I will make you pray to my divinity, make you kiss the dirt off my shoes, and praise me for cutting your limbs."
The fox woman, not the Goddess of Fate promises to deal with the person who broke her chains, then she will fix her foundation and come back stronger. Then to end it all she will kill the God of War, then everyone will know her name far and wide.
The gratification of completing such a plan will be the greatest high in her life, just imagining it made her feel hot and bothered.
"Oh my, looks like I am making a mess"
