The two cultivators look at Tai as they stand up and walk toward him. Zhihui grabs Mors by the shoulder, seeing that he was about to step into the raised platform. She shakes her head as she sits down in front of the platform, Mors was more than able to know what she meant.
As he sat down next to her. With both of them sitting down, the old man grabs some of the white paste with his index and middle finger, from the wooden bowl in his hand. He walks close to Zhihui as he paints a symbol on Zhihui's forehead. The symbol is a representation of the Celestial Dragon.
The old man then does the same to Mors, making the same symbol. With the first part done, he places the bowl to the side.
"Now esteem cultivators, press your foreheads together and say your bows"
Tai said to the couple as he presses his hands together in prayer. Mythical chanting escapes his lips as he channels a fraction of the Celestial Dragon's power. Zhihui looks at Mors as they press their forehead together. Zhihui is the first one to speak.
"I Wu Zhihui, swear upon the Celestial Dragon that I will respect your free will. With me, you won't fear speaking your mind. For I will never abandon you when you are at your lowest. I just ask to be treated the same way. From today onwards we are Soul Bound"
"I Xiong Ming, Mors Mundin, swear upon the Celestial Dragon that I will respect your free will. No matter the situation you can count on my support. A force to keep you on the right path. A rival to help you improve and a partner to rely on. For you are my only equal under the heaven. From today onwards we are Soul Bound"
As the two of them finish their vows, they do it once again. The chanting of Tai is nowhere close. The white paste in their foreheads mixed together as it started to shine with bright white energy. Covering the couple as a singular mechanical voice ring in Mor's ears.

As the mechanical voice rings in Mor's head, the room started to shake with power. The white light shines brighter as Tai continues to sing his mythical chants. The ground and walls shake as the roar of a mighty dragon shakes the very core of the city.
Waking up the city in a matter of seconds, cultivators and mortals alike, on their knees. The roar of a mythical dragon shocked everyone to their cores. But as the white light that surrounds the couple intensifies, a second dragon roar was heard across the city.
This second roar was strong enough that some buildings took damage. Stone bricks fall into the streets, as Tai says the final chants, the light started to dim. The shaking stopped as a mechanical voice echoed in Zhihui's brain.

The old priest said to the couple with a small smile on his face, happy that this couple will finally leave him alone. He wanted nothing more than to go home and lay in his bed and sleep. Mors looks at Zhihui as he speaks.

Mors said as he waves his left hand, as 10 gold coins appear in the hand of the old man. Tai eyes bulge out of their sockets as he looks at the gold coins that just appear in his hands from thin air. He shallows some of his saliva as he thought of all the ways he can spend this money.
Seeing the old mango into the rabbit hole of his own fantasies, Mors grabs Zhihui's hand as he takes her out of this temple. As they walk out into the street, they are greeted with broken stone bricks laying all around.
"What the hell happen here?"
Mors could not help but ask as he looks at the street, that just a few minutes ago was completely clean.
"Yea, I will like to know. Now tell me what in the Celestial Dragon is this System?"
"Oh man, this will be a long explanation. So be sure to ask lots of questions"
Mors said to her as he lets go of her hand, as they walk back to their respective hotels. Mors spend the rest of their time together explaining to her what the system is and how it works. Of course, the smart Zhihui was able to pick up on the subtle meaning of the system.
"This thing….it lets you break the chains of [Fate]. No wonder you were able to take [Wars Legacy] from Song. With this thing, you really change things."
"Well glad you pick up on that, but the cool thing about this is you can buy tons of things with [Fate Points] like stats, martial arts, events, talents, bloodline upgrades, and so on. It truly is amazing"

She could not help but sigh, they were just getting into the good part.

As the young couple went their separate ways, the night soon turns into the day. A new day dawned on the chaotic city.
