House Vallian was one of the few houses that survived the fall of the Intergalactic Empire a few hundred years ago. To this day, nobody could tell what had really happened. From one day to another, the communication with the core Systems of the empire had stopped. At first, there was talk of a rebellion or a civil war. One after another, the Imperial fleets had left the occupied territories to try and find out what had happened back home. After a time of uncertainness and waiting, the local nobles had taken over, but still, nobody had dared defy the might of the empire.
Everything changed when one day the remnants of the first Imperial fleet had emerged from the depth of space. The ships were heavily damaged and filled to the brim with refugees from the core. The AI had safe the people that had been in Cryosleep. Every other soul on the ships had not survived the journey.
When the refugees were woken up and questioned, all the local authorities learned was, that there had suddenly been an evacuation. No further notice was given to the people before the military had taken them in and frozen every single one of them.
Then, a few days later, the warp points leading to the core had collapsed, leaving everyone to fight for their own.
House Vallian had emerged victorious from the struggle, but many other nobles had been killed and new and different factions arose in their stead.
The worlds and systems controlled by House Vallian still followed the proud and noble ethics of the late empire. Or at least that was the picture they projected outward.
Jack knew better, in fact, he even knew what had happened to the empire, or at least he could narrow down the possibilities. Right now he was preparing to visit one of the underground markets, where you could buy stuff house Vallian didn't allow to trade.
Lyna the E-Tech was with him. Jack was standing on a pedestal, and felt uncomfortable, while she walked around him and tugged and dragged his clothes in the right positions.
They were about to visit a slave market but to get access you had to look the part. Jack had designed the disguise back in the game, where he had posed as a rich and pompous merchant. That alone would be bad enough for him, but he had also added Lyna to the disguise on a whim.
When he started the wish to visit the marked, he had hoped his little sin had not gone over into the game, but there was no such thing.
That led to the current situation, where Lyna, only wearing a bra and panties in combination with a slave collar and a veil was bringing his wardrobe in order.
"If I didn't know better, I would think you don't like me, Captain."
The woman teased him while making sure the cape on his back fell the right way. Jack simply stared at the wall in front of him, his face burning up every time she touched him.
Lyna's backstory was, that she grew up on one of the pleasure planets of the Cœur Syndicate. It was never specified how or when she had left the planet, but Jack had added her to the disguise thinking she would be perfect to play the part. Maybe his fantasies had added some stuff the game did not allow.
To his surprise and shame, Lyna had not hesitated one bit to play his slave when he announced to visit the marked. Even more, she had acted like this was the most normal thing in the world. He would never have the gut to ask her, she had simply followed him, put him on the pedestal and started changing their clothes.
When she stepped in front of him, he closed his eyes.
"W-Why again, did you have to change first?"
"So we can leave once I am finished with you."
That made no sense to him at all, but he didn't dare tell her that.
Lyna giggled while she adjusted the last parts of the outfit. She had agreed to this work when she got on board this ship years ago. Furthermore, she didn't mind showing off her goods. She had lost all shame in that direction long ago, or to be more accurate she had never learned it in the first place.
Teasing her normally stern and collected Captian amused her greatly and she got a nice sum of money for each undercover mission. There was even a reason for her to change first. She had to get into the right headspace to play the slave convincingly. Dressing herself up first and then doing it for Jack helped her get into the role.
"We are ready, Master."
Her voice was soft and a little seductive. She could see Jack's ears and neck get red and had to suppress another giggle.
The entrance to the black market was openly accessible in one of the big trading houses on the planet. The entrance was labelled "Special goods" and heavily guarded, but Jack had paid his fees and contacted some friends before coming here, so his car could enter without problems.
The car passed through a long tunnel and then stopped in the courtyard of the house, although courtyard was the wrong word. On an area of at least one kilometre by two kilometres, stands, tents and stalls had been erected, selling all kinds of goods.
From the meat of endangered animals to forbidden intoxicants and slaves, to boring things like instructions on tax evasion and lists of bribable officials, everything could be purchased here.
Lyna and an employee of the market stood in front of the car and waited for Jack to exit. He was overwhelmed by the impressions of the market and quickly looked down so that his face could not be seen. Lyna saw that he was in trouble and shifted into light speed.
"Why is there no hoverboard here? Do your bosses expect the master to walk?"
She had the aura of an ice queen as she asked the poor employee. He immediately ran to comply with her order.
Not even a minute later he was back with several other servants and a large hoverboard.
Jack stood on the vehicle without comment and chose the first destination for his visit. He had never used a hoverboard before and was unfamiliar with the controls, so he floated along too quickly, forcing Lyna and the staff to chase after him.
It only took them a few minutes to arrive at the first store, but most of the market's employees were already starting to sweat and pant.
Apparently, the owner of the store was better informed, than the clerks at the entrance, because as soon as Jack stepped down from his vehicle, someone was waiting to guide him to one of the VIP Rooms.
Inside the room were a big sofa for Jack to sit on and a table with some luxurious refreshments next to it. On the other side was a little stage with doors on both sides. There were curtains on the walls and Jack knew there were guards and more doors hidden underneath them.
He sat down and immediately was approached by a woman with a clipboard, wearing a secretaries outfit.
"Welcome dear customer, what kind of wares are you interested in today?"
The woman stopped next to the sofa and bowed deeply, giving Jack an excellent view of her decollete. She completely ignored Lyna, who had knelt down next to Jack's feet.
"I am looking for some exotic things to add to my collection."
He gestured at Lyna, who in obviously faked shyness looked at the floor.
"I don't care about the gender or the purity of race. Just show me something interesting."
"As you wish, valued customer. It will take a few minutes to get a selection ready for you. Is there anything I can do for you in the meantime?"
Jack just shooed her away with one hand, as he didn't trust his voice after receiving such an offer.
As soon as the woman was gone, Lyna leaned against his leg and whispered to him.
"So what exactly are we looking for? Or are you just here to enjoy the show, Master?"
She could feel his whole body freeze up when she pressed her goods against his leg.
"Lyna, you"
She just reaffirmed her grip around his leg.
"We are looking for someone with black eyes."
"Black eyes are not that uncommon you know."
"No you don't understand, completely black, like everything. You will know once you see them."
The secretary woman was really efficient, as it only took her three minutes, to make a selection and return.

Is anyone reading the author's thoughts or is it better if I just write stuff here?
Anyway, designing things in-game and having them play out in your head is vastly different from being there and having to interact with a situation in person. That much should be obvious. Then again Jack never thought he would enter the game for real.
