The place is Steve's House of Retro Gaming, owned and operated by veteran gamer Steve Erwinson.

It is simple, really – the building where the store stands is also Steve's own residence.
The first floor is the shop proper, the second floor serves as the warehouse, and the third floor acts as Steve's own proper abode.
