After what seemed like forever, Alec finally chose the VR he desired from the shelf. "Finally", the male attendant hissed with irritation and took it off the shelf. Alec squinted his eyes at the attendant as he walked to the counter and scanned the item.
"$899.99 please", the attendant said flatly. "I have a $1000 here", Alec replied in the same manner and slapped the money on the counter. The attendant took the money with disgust and packed the VR headset, and then handed it over to him.
Alec took it and left the store. "What a d**k", the boy mumbled, glaring at Alec's back with hate.
