It was evident the bearded's man was in a terrible situation. Apart from the fact that he could not see or hear again, he has lost his sense of coordination. He fell to the ground in daze. At this point, he was at Alec's absolute mercy.
Alec didn't stand on the ceremony and ended the bearded man's suffering. Alec immediately but cautiously jumped out of his current hideout into another block.
Alec felt that familiar feeling of discomfort again. With a flash, he dodged, and a sniper bullet hit the cement blockage, chipping a little chunk away. "I forgot there was a sniper", Alec mumbled in desperation. What was worse was that Jazz had found him again. He didn't waste time and immediately sprayed bullets in his hideout.
