EVERYTHING IS ELECTRIC
The morning had come just at the right time for Gabriella Santiago, she had spent the night in fear of whatever could happen after the ordeal. She had spent the rest of her night saying hail Mary's and prayers of protection. The sunrise was particularly gracious to her, it somehow made her skin fresher and reduced the swelling of her eyes, she had cried the whole night. Maria worked the room, cleaning as Gabriella sat by the big wide-open window that she never closed or brought the curtains down. Maria was particularly cautious today, she could tell that yesternight had taken a good toll on Gabriella who was now hanging on the windowpane threw flowers, petal after petal after petal down from off the window.
