After getting in the car, Gin closed her eyes and refused to say anything. It was sunny outside but the atmosphere was a little chilly inside.
Junwoo spoke first, "What happened between you and that Hoobae?"
Still with her eyes closed, Gin replied disinterestedly, "Nothing big."
"Too weak to stop me from asking, Song Gin."
Gin tsked. "I don't even know tho? He's just annoying, that's all. Who ever thought that he would be so noisy after I helped him with his curiosity. What else does he want from an old woman like me?"Gin said with no expression and sounded flat. Not sure if she was really complaining or just uttering meaningless words.
Junwoo expressed some concern from the way he was frowning. "If that's the case you can be as indifferent and uncaring as usual. Be honest. He didn't do anything to offend you, did he?"
Gin's eyelashes fluttered slightly before slowly opening her eyes. In those eyes, there was a glint of sharpness. A smile tugged at her lips but it could only make one feel like worms were crawling up their spines. It was so nerve wrecking.
"Could a childish play like that put me in danger? Actually I don't want to use my brain cells to guess what's in his shitty head. But as a result, that kid seems to take me easy and start to pay attention to me which is so strange to begin with. So I became impatient."
After hearing it, Junwoo was less comfortable. If what Gin said was true then no need for him to worry. Since it was only a trivial matter as Gin said, he believed she alone was enough to handle it. After all, as long as Gin doesn't need his help, Junwoo will respect her privacy. Not to mention, Gin was actually a very capable person.
"If that's what you say then I'm quite relieved. He's still a kid anyway. He will lose interest after a long time."
Gin smiled slightly before closing her eyes again. "I hope so."
Idiot Han Jun, how can you still naively think that kid is a little white rabbit? Look at his eyes. Those eyes are exactly like the eyes of a tiger pretending that its fangs are gone while waiting in silence for its fooled prey.
Although Gin absolutely was neither fool or a prey tho.

"Young Master, you have returned," said an old servant greeting Jiyu from behind the door.
Jiyu nodded. "Yeah. Where's Grandpa?"
"Old Master is in the backyard."
Even though it was still 5 p.m the wind started to get cold. Jiyu frowned.
"Bring some hot drinks to the courtyard. I'm going to see Grandpa."
The maid said a low 'yes' before retreating. It took a few minutes for Jiyu to reach the backyard where her grandfather was tidying some flowers in house garden.
Jiyu knocked softly on the glass door as a sign of his arrival. Old Master Wang, who had been looking down on his work, looked up and there was a faint smile on his stiff face.
"Finally you come to see me, little brat."
Jiyu sat while watching Old Master Wang continue his work. "You slander me. I always visit you diligently, Grandpa."
"Do you mean visit me twice after you go to college and live outside?"asked Old Master Wang mockingly.
"I didn't realize it was that much. I'm sorry," Jiyu said not seriously.
Old Master Wang could not bear to hear the words of his unfilial grandson. "Your apology was not accepted. Go home and don't stay outside. This ancestral house is very spacious to live in."
To Old Master Wang's expectation, Jiyu complied. "Okay."
Old Master Wang raised his eyebrows before putting down the scissors and sitting in front of his grandson. "Oh? Tired of playing outside?"
Hearing the word 'play' from Old Master Wang's mouth reminded Jiyu of a few things. He brushed his hair back and tilted his head to look at Old Master Wang with enthusiastic eyes.
"It doesn't matter where I live. She doesn't even care."
Old Master Wang sighed before saying in an impatient tone. "Don't cross the line. I won't stay silent if it brings a bad name to the family."
Jiyu furrowed his brows in disapproval. "You don't even know what I'm doing yet. If you knew maybe you would like it, Grandpa."
Old Master Wang pouted as he said disdainfully, "We'll see."
"As always. I've never lost anything."
Under their conversation, a waiter came carrying a tray of hot tea and light snacks.
Jiyu glanced at him before standing up. "Don't stay outside too long. Your body isn't as strong as it used to be, Grandpa."
Old Master Wang waved his hand when he knew he couldn't hold him in any longer. "Go."

In the bathroom under the pouring shower, Jiyu lowered his head, contemplated. There was no mistaking she was the same Gin he knew who used to look at him enthusiastically with sparkling eyes. She was also the same Gin he knew who he casually rejected and didn't even remember her after that.
Before meeting her again for such a long time, Jiyu had completely forgotten her existence. Because there really were no interesting points about her. Her physical appearance didn't even reach Jiyu's standard since there were a lot of women waiting in line to get Jiyu's attention. So it was natural that the existence of Gin was not something that really needed to be remembered.
But he didn't know why after seeing her again and kept hearing her name from the mouths of people around him, Jiyu became interested in getting to know this Gin. Although Jiyu wasn't sure if Gin still harbored romantic feelings for him, Jiyu wasn't afraid to dig in.
Slowly, interacted with Gin and found that she was reluctant to be in the same room with him, after a long time it even tickled Jiyu's soul to tease her. After being bored for a long time, Jiyu unexpectedly found a new game.
A game that challenged him to conquer someone named Song Gin.
Jiyu wondered if this Gin would be as easy as those other ladies?
Thinking about it made Jiyu unconsciously licked his lips.
I hope you don't disappoint me Gin.
