Absorbing Hunt.
It is an activity Reh started and did when he finally knew how his Skill - Absorption works.
Carnage Forest is not your typical small forest.
So Reh spends the rest of six months roaming around the forest, fighting, defeating, and absorbing all the monsters he encounters along the way. Maybe that was the reason why the monsters were forced to leave their habitat. They perceived Reh as a threat to their life.
That's why Reh was shocked when he learned that there was an aftereffect of the activity he did three years ago. The same goes for all the villagers. They were forced to leave their village because of the threat of the monsters that migrated near their village.
'But thanks to their sacrifice, I absorbed a lot of monsters and gained a large amount of Stats and Skills. Sorry but not sorry for them.' Reh internally thought.
"That's... Unfortunate..." Reh said.
"Unfortunate indeed." Owner.
"Then, where did they go?" Reh asked.
"Hmm... That's a broad question that also has a broad answer, but the villagers have one destination when they leave this village. Go to a different village or the Human Kingdom, but the latter was always the answer.
All the Human Kingdom were now accepting immigrants because of the ongoing war with the Demons."
Reh's eyebrow twitched when he heard what the owner said.
'My fucking classmates... I can't wait to meet you soon...' Reh thought.
"Do you have any information regarding the Heroes?"
"Hahahahaha... No, I don't have. Can't you see the situation right now? There's no way that I have or hold any new information about the summoned Heroes of the Zagon Empire.
And there's no way that a traveler or merchant would go here in the current situation. It's been three years since my network information stopped. So, don't expect that I could answer your questions about the outside events.
But if you want a piece of accurate and new information, go to the Capital. There, you could ask for any information you wanted to know." The owner explained.
'Umanata, the capital of Kunid Kingdom. My original plan is to go there, but due to this heavy rainfall...'
"Are there any carriages that were supposed to go to the capital or here?" Reh.
"Well... There's one. But like you, they were also stuck here." The owner said, then he nodded his head, pointing to the other customer at his tavern.
'Adventurers...' Reh thought while looking at the men that were dressed in leather armor and equipped with weapons.
"They were stuck here since yesterday due to this weather. They couldn't travel back because the way was either flooded or muddy."
"Hmm... Okay, thanks for the information." Reh said while nodding his head. Then he came back to his room to think about what he needed to do.
Upon entering, Reh sat on the bed and began to think about his plans from now on.
"I don't know when this weather was going to stop, and if I waited, my plan was going to delay. Besides, even if the rain stopped, the carriage and horse couldn't travel immediately because the flood nor mud would not subside quickly.
And it's not that I can't travel in this type of rain. This is still a childish rain compared to the rain on the Doom Island." Reh said, then he lay on the bed and stared at the ceilings. A few seconds later, his eyes slowly closed.

"Prepare yourself."
Reh opened his eyes and sat up. Then he held his head.
"Again... That voice and words again... Prepare for what?"
That was the same voice that talked to him the first he used his Skill. But around two years ago, it started to say those words every time Reh was woking up. But like every time, Reh just shrugged it off.
Reh began his morning light exercise. After that, he took his Dimensional Pocket that was given to him by Ronald. Then Reh started to take out some common clothes, and a broadsword Reh would use as props to avoid any suspicion and food. After Reh puts everything on, he consumes the food and readies himself for the long journey.
"Be careful on the way. I will say it again. There's a lot of monsters that abide in this area." The tavern owner reminded Reh. Reh just nodded his head and took his leave at the tavern.
Then, the long journey of Reh on the Umanata began.
***
"Where's your merchant permit?"
"If you don't have a merchant permit, you can't sell your goods here. Better go on the other Kingdom."
"But we can talk it out..."
Okay! You can enter! Just remember that build your stalls in the designated area. Next!"
"What is your intention here?"
"Tch... Immigrants... Enter and go to the Ordinary area. Next!"
Using his strength and enhanced hearing sense, Reh could easily hear what was going on in the front line.
Reh was now in the line to enter the Umanata, capital of Kunid Kingdom. And before one could enter, one would need to say the intention and show some verification before entering Umanata. It is part of every Kingdom's inspection to prevent the entry of any criminals or bandits.
"Next! What--."
Before the guard finished, Reh flicked gold coins toward the guards. The guards easily and immediately catch the coin.
"Hohoho... You know the ways here in the Umanata, huh? You may enter."
The guard said to Reh before he stepped aside and let Reh walk in. And yes. If one has no verification, they need to buy one like what Reh does. He buys his entry.
'Ronald's right. Money could buy anything...' Reh internally thought when he saw the gesture and reaction of the guards. Then he resumed walking, but the guard stopped him.
"Wait! From here, take twenty steps and turn left. You could see the Adventurers Guild from there." The guard said while looking at the broadsword that was hanging on Reh's side.
"Well... Thank you for the tip." Reh bowed slightly and began to walk again.
Unlike Zagon Empire, where much more luxurious and grand when it comes to everything, Kunid Kingdom is more like an Adventurers Hub.
The Kunid Kingdom is one of the hot spots for Adventurers because of its location. Sharing its borders with the Carnage Forest and has many forests that are full of monsters. So, for that reason, it is like heaven for the Adventurers because it's too many spots to hunt. As long as you don't poke your nose at the Carnage Forest.
There are a lot of taverns anywhere you look. Reh finds his way towards the Adventurers Guild. He stands outside of the guild and observes it.
It was made from bricks and logs. Reh could see that this building was built a long time ago due to its old vibes. Overall, it is like a large tavern that was built to accommodate a large number of people.
Creakkkk
The sound of the door when Reh opened it.
And like a common scene, all the people inside looked in Reh's direction. But no muscular nor bald man blocked the way and initiated to taunt Reh. So no one get hurt.
All the people inside the Guild are having their own battle experiences. They could see the aura of Reh. A battle-ready.
So the men just sneered at the distance and focused their attention on different things. But the women were different.
Black-ash grey hair color, black eyes, fitted body, plus the scar on Reh's left cheeks added more charisma and charm to his appearance. The woman drools and as having hearty eyes while looking at the handsome appearance of Reh.
Reh reached the reception, and a blonde young woman in her twenties greeted him.
"G-good day! W-what can I help you?" The woman said while blushing. She was captivated by Reh's appearance.
"I'm here to register as a new Adventurer... Is that possible?" Reh.
"Y-y-yes! It is! J-just give me your Status Tag and one silver coin... Then..."
"Here." Reh gives his Status Tag and one silver.
The woman took a crystal ball and put the Status Tag on the top of it. A few seconds later, the crystal ball shone, and some words emerged from it.
[Reh Stubenberg
Class: Warrior (Ordinary Class)
Level 50]
"I-is that correct?"
"Yes."
'I'm glad that I defeated and absorbed that fucking bastard.' Reh thought internally.
What the woman sees at this moment is another Skill of Reh. Illusion.
Reh gets the Skill - Illusion when he finally wins and defeats an Expert Rank monster that was living on the Doom Island, a Doppelganger...
"Y-you are clear... You are not a criminal or a bandit, so you are now registered as an Adventurer. And here, take this." The woman gives Reh a small silver plate.
"That plate was the proof that you are a registered Adventurer. You could also use that as a pass and on any Adventurers Guild. That's all! Do you have any questions?"
"None. Thank you." Reh said, then he walked out of the Guild. When he got out, Reh looked at the plate and then held it tightly.
"Now... The first step of my--our revenge is completed..." Reh mumbled under his breath, suppressing himself not to release his atrocious bloodlust.
