A chilly night passed by, and the sudden drop in the temperature caused Catherine to stir on her bed, her covers draping towards the floor as she accidentally rolled a portion of it on her ankles. She struggled to get free, but her minimal movement wasn't enough to completely wake her up.
It was five o clock in the morning and the sun was just beginning to peek from the horizon, revealing a sunlit sky with fluffs of clouds lingering about. The moon and stars were near invisible as the brightness intensified, the heavens turning a nice purplish hue before it transitioned into the usual bright orange color.
