The hordes of humans belonging to the Hive Mind had become proficient in chasing after Lev. After just a couple of minutes, they could already keep up with him, scaling rooftops and buildings while jumping around like superhumans. They were the epitome of crazy and Lev couldn't even look at them properly since their faces seemed a bit grotesque and contorted. It was something straight out of a horror movie.
"Are they even humans?" Lev asked under his breath as he struggled to keep his pace. Despite having the Carnage Class, he still could barely keep his distance away from the people who were chasing him. He could tell that the Qwriohls who were manipulating everyone's consciousness in the hive mind are really keen on capturing him.
