Yvonne Finley didn't know how she was supposed to interact with Alexander Johnson.
She had always lacked a father figure, so even if she understood some things now, it was difficult for her to show any feelings.
Alexander Johnson looked at the letter.
There were still words on the envelope.
At a glance, he recognized them as Rachel Finley's handwriting.
Rachel had good handwriting. Though she was not the best student in Eden, he had always admired her penmanship.
So, he could recognize it instantly.
Alexander Johnson paused for a moment, his eyes lingered on the envelope for a while before moving away.
"Stay and have a meal," he suggested, unusually.
Ever since they had started interacting, he had never dared to make any requests. He wanted to spend more time with Yvonne and hear about her past, but he could never bring himself to say it.
Yvonne hesitated for a moment but eventually nodded.
