Yvonne Finley laughed warmly, "You can call him anything."
Serena Brown asked immediately, "Isn't Brother Baker here with you?"
"He's busy, we came separately."
The two of them didn't want to be like other couples, needing to stick together all the time. They appreciated having their own space and time, which she found to be quite comfortable.
Serena didn't ask any more questions, leading Yvonne to the dessert area instead, "These are the best. I know from years of experience. There may be a lot of people coming today. If you don't feel comfortable, just stay beside me and I'll introduce you to some good food and drink."
Yvonne couldn't help but laugh.
"Are you here alone?"
Serena chirped with a piece of cake in her mouth and shook her head, "My brother came too. He just arrived in Eden to attend Uncle Baker's birthday banquet. He's upstairs socializing. He's quite busy."
Yvonne looked upstairs.
