Yvonne Finley blankly stared at Wilson Finley in front of her. They hadn't seen each other in a few years, each consumed in their own business, the hustle and bustle of their respective worlds.
"Uncle Wilson, you seem to have lost weight." She gave him an unguarded smile, the first glimpse of her true feelings.
Wilson Finley gently touched the hair at the back of her head. "As for you, I don't see much change."
"Wilson, make sure you're not spoiling this girl rotten. Good luck cleaning up the mess after." Forest Finley joked.
Wilson Finley bent slightly, pouring a cup of tea for Sebastian Finley, and responded with a smile, "Even if she's spoiled, I've got it covered. It's not like I can't afford it. Besides, has our Yvonne ever acted badly? Don't you know her better, big brother?"
Yvonne Finley quietly observed Forest Finley.
Forest Finley laughed heartily, his gaze faltering momentarily for some reason.
