Alex slowly woke up and took a deep breath. Instead of exhaust and lost dreams, the air tastes like nature. This is the first thing that told him something happened, the second is his body no longer hurt. His eyes popped open, and he looks around, he finds himself in a forest laying on a very comfortable plant.

Salamander: An evolved form of a lizardman, A salamander has greater magic potential then a Lizardman. They are also viewed as having a greater degree of intelligence. This reptilian race is part of the evolution path to become a dragon.

Wurm: A powerful earth dragon. Those with this bloodline will find their calling in more physical combat due to the great strength it offers. Many look down on the Wurm due to it's lack of wings, that is their last mistake. Wurms are one with earth and it's sister elements, this makes them strong opponents as long as they play to their strength.

Yang Dragon Body: A special body type well suited to many cultivation paths. It will grant a body as strong as a dragon and will work with other dragon influences perfectly. A blessing and a curse comes with it, the need to mate is accelerated and increased in potency.

Earth Dragon Body: A body cultivation technique, weaves dragon and earth qi within the users body.

Metal Dragon Claws: A unarmed fighting technique, uses metal and dragon qi to shred foes.

Geia's loved: Geia has taken a great deal of interest in Alex and this is proof of that. After bringing him to a new world, she strengthened his body. The full effects of this are currently unknown.

Tiamat's blessing: A friend of Geia and a Divine of dragons, she wanted to aid her friend and grow the power of dragons on this world. She granted Alex his bloodline and body type, amongst other things that are currently unknown.

Guan Yu's Blessing: Your actions in your past life brought you to the attention of Guan Yu. He granted Alex the three cultivation techniques he has. He did not wish for him to join him to soon so he granted him the ability to survive. The full effects of the blessing are not revealed yet.

Alex takes a bit to absorb all of this information, he then stands up. While he would like more time to absorb this information, he knew that he needs to move. He looks around to see if he can spot anything useful to find civilization. There is more he needs to know to survive in this world. He sees a river not far off that he starts following it down stream in hopes of finding a town.

After a bit of walking, he hears rustling in the tall grass near the river. Out of it comes four horned rabbits charging him. Alex's training kicks in, he falls into a ready stance. As the first one enters range he kicks out at it, making it explode. The second gets smashed into the ground with a fist, the third dies under his foot as it comes back down. The last one's head is crushed in his hand.

All four bodies glowed for a second, then a plate of grilled rabbit meat popped into existence along side a pair of leather bracers and four horns. His stomach growled so he sat down and ate, simple if tasty. He then slide the fur lined bracers on, looking down he realizes he is lacking clothing. He then grins and goes on a hunting spree, one shooting the horned rabbits in the area.

He soon had a full set of leather clothing and a leather pack to carry his collection of rabbit horns. He managed to kill fifty two of them and gained several levels in the process. He went up to level six, then he continues following the river. He soon came across the first sign of civilization he has seen, a small village of small green creatures.

He decided to approach the village and hope they could guide him to a city of some kind. As he neared the little green creatures grabbed their spears and charged him. A horn sounds as they attack, he falls back into a ready stance as they near. Once more the little green creatures pose no threat to him, he easily deals with them.

With every attack he kills one of them, their bodies glowing soon after leaving loot on the ground. After about thirty minutes he finally finishes with all of the ones charging him, he takes a deep breath as he collects the loot and enters the village to finish this. He hears screaming coming from the largest tent, he rushes towards it. Ripping the tent flap off as he does so, in front of him is a large fat green thing with a human girl pinned to the ground.

Seeing this Alex roars and charges, tearing the fat things apart with his hands. He looks around for other threats and sees none. Then he feels a pair of thin arms wrap around his waist, instantly killing his bloodlust. The girl is hugging his waist crying, he gently pats her back as he waits for her to calm down.

After the girl clams down, "little one. I am not from around here, would you mind guiding me to the nearest town? I can escort you there while you are doing that, my name Is Alex.

"I am May and I am not a little girl! I am sixteen and an adult! I do not mind showing you to the nearest city, we will need to report this. A town will not have a guild location to do so at, goblins are a fairly major risk to settlers in the area." She pouts at him during this, relief visible in her eyes at the offer of company.

Alex grins and motions towards himself, "when you are two meters tall almost everyone is little. Look around for anything useful, I will be nearby doing the same." He then moves to gather the loot from the fat goblin thing, a part of it was it's head. Looking at it he said, "I was getting ears from the goblins outside and this one I got a head, are they worth keeping?"

"Yup, you can get money for them from the guild."

Just then notifications pop up, he had leveled a bit and now his level and stats are this.

Besides some coin, the main thing he found is a steel claymore. Alex likes the feel of it in his hands, he places it sheathed on his back under the pack. He leaves the tent to see May waiting for him, looking in the distance. "Looks like the guild already knows about this camp, there is what looks like an adventuring party coming near."

"To be safe, hide in a tent. Once I am sure of their intentions I will call for you, they might be bandits or something like that."

She nods and hides in a nearby tent, he knows the smell is not pleasant so he hopes he can call her out soon. It does not take long for the group of ten to enter the village, blades drawn. Seeing him standing there with the goblin king's head in hand got them to relax, once they sheathed their blades Alex nods.

"May, it is safe to come out." She did so, seeing who lead the group she squealed. "Big brother!" She then ran and jumped at him, an elf with a staff in hand came near him.

"Thank you sir for saving her, if I do not mind me asking what happened?"

He motions for them to go a bit further away, then in a soft voice. "I am not sure, I was able to stop the assault I saw before it got bad. You might want to see about having her get looked at just to be safe though."

She lets out a breath, "if she had her clothes on when you stopped it she is untouched. Thank you, even if you where here by chance. You saved a girl from a fate worse then death, is there anything we can do to aid you?"

That is when her heard it, a horn like the one that sounded like the one from when he first attacked. Raising his voice. "Get ready! More might be coming, that horn is similar to the one that sounded when I first attacked this village."

Everyone's heads snap up hearing that, one of them send a hawk into the air. "It is massive! Must be a war band gathered from several villages like this one. To many to handle, we must retreat and warn Oostven. Without preparations they will be overrun, mages light this village up to deny them the resources within."

Alex nods at this, "mind if I tag along? I have been trying to find civilization sense I woke up."

May's brother, with May wrapped around his upper half nods. "It is the least we could do considering you saved my little sister. You can fight as well, strong fighters like you are always needed."

He nods at that, then waits for everyone to set out, taking up a rare guard position.
